MLB Budweiser Pick A Team, Walk-Off A Winner Sweepstakes

Once registered, follow the online instructions to select the Major League Baseball (“MLB”) team you believe will win with a Walk-Off Event (“Walk-Off Event”) during the following Week as defined in Rule #2 (each a “Pick”). A “Walk-Off Event” will occur if there is a home run, base hit, walk, stolen home base, balk, or any other event which gives the home team the lead, and, therefore, the win, in the bottom of the final inning of a MLB Game either the ninth inning or any extra inning. Each Pick will be tagged as either a National League Pick or an American League Pick based on the league for which the MLB team plays. If your Pick is correct, you will receive one (1) entry into the Weekly Drawing associated with the Week in which your Pick was correct and one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Drawing. See Rule #5 for Drawing details.
Limit one (1) Pick per Week. Once a Pick is made for a particular Week it cannot be changed.
Grand Prize (2 total; 1 per National League and 1 per American League): Trip for Grand Prize winner and three (3) guests to the National League Wild Card Game or American League Wild Card Game (“Game”). Grand Prize Winner will also receive the opportunity to throw out a ceremonial first pitch at the Game (subject to availability). Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home) to the city in which the Game will take place, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations (two [2] rooms) for two (2) consecutive nights, four (4) Game tickets, four (4) Budweiser gift packs (contents to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, at a later date) and a $200.00 pre-paid debit card (subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer). If winner resides within two-hundred fifty (250) miles of the destination city, $100.00 (awarded in the form of a check, payable to winner) will be awarded in lieu of air transportation. Travel expected to occur on October 1, 2013 or October 2, 2013. Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner (time permitting). Winner and guests must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (i.e. driver’s license or passport) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed prize events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner’s responsibility. Travel and accommodations are at the Sponsor’s discretion and subject to availability and change. Game date and seating assignments at the Game are subject to availability and change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Ground transportation, meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein are solely winner’s responsibility. Actual value depends on city/day/time of departure. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $4,360.00.
Weekly Prize (100, 10 per Week total, 5 per National League and 5 per American League): One (1) Budweiser gift pack (contents to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, at a later date). ARV: $40.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $12,720.00.
