First Prizes (40): Forty (40) Winners (defined below) will each receive one (1) baseball autographed by a current Atlanta Braves player, such baseball to be randomly selected by Sponsor (each, a “First Prize”). Sponsor’s selection of autographed baseball is final and non-appealable. ARV of each First Prize: $100.

 Total ARV of all Prizes: $5000.

Grand Prize (1): One (1) Winner (defined below) will receive (a) four (4) tickets for Winner and three (3) guests to each of the three (3) games of the 2012 Opening Weekend scheduled to be played on April 13-15, 2012 at Turner Field in Atlanta, GA; (b) one (1) parking pass to each game; (c) one (1) VIP guided tour of Turner Field on a date to be determined by the Sponsor; (d) VIP batting practice access for the Winner and his/her (3) guests prior to one (1) of the games; (e) one (1) meet & greet opportunity with one (1) or more Atlanta Braves players determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, (f) one (1) dinner for four (4) in the 755 Club at Turner Field; and (g) four (4) VIP prize packs that include items selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion ((a) through (g) collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $1,000. TRANSPORTATION TO/FROM THE GAMES AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.
