Prizes: There are 865 prizes available in total (as further outlined below) (each a “Prize”).
All federal, state and local taxes and all other expenses not expressly listed in these Official Rules
are the sole responsibility of the Prize winners. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be
awarded. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by Prize
winners. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize for one of comparable or greater value.
Prize type(s) and components will be selected by Sponsor or its representatives in its/their sole
discretion. Sponsor not responsible for any lost, damaged, missing, unclaimed or stolen Prize(s).
All non-stated features of the Prize(s) are determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and subject to
availability, including without limitation color, design, and sizing. Actual retail value of the Prizes
may vary, including variations based on the Participants’ location.
a) Secondary Prize Drawing One: There are 102 Prizes available in Secondary Prize Drawing
One.
i) There is one (1) Cinnabon & Sweatpants Prize available, comprised of one (1) $150
Cinnabon gift code and one (1) $200 Amex Gift Card (“Cinnabon & Sweatpants

ii) There is one (1) So Fetch Mall Shopping Spree Prize available, comprised of one
(1) $150 Cinnabon gift code and one (1) $200 Amex Gift Card (“So Fetch Mall

iii) There are 100 Digital Cinnabon Prizes available, each comprised of one (1) $10
digitial Cinnabon gift code (“Digital Cinnabon Prize”). ARV of each Digital

one (1) AE Fragrance (“American Eagle Prize”). ARV of each American Eagle Prize:

i) Secondary Prize Drawing Nine (Chicago, IL Only): There are 40 American Eagle Prizes
available in Secondary Prize Drawing Nine.
j) Secondary Prize Drawing Ten (Los Angeles, CA Only): There are 40 American Eagle
Prizes available in Secondary Prize Drawing Ten.
k) Secondary Prize Drawing Eleven: There are 80 American Eagle Prizes available in
Secondary Prize Drawing Eleven.
l) Secondary Prize Drawing Twelve: There are ten (10) Regal Prizes available in Secondary
Prize Drawing Twelve, each comprised of one (1) screening of Mean Girls (2024) on
January 10, 2024, for the winner and 49 guests (50 people total) at a local Regal theatre in
the winner’s state of residence (“Regal Prize”). Location to be determined in Sponsor’s
sole discretion. ARV of each Regal Prize: $500.
m) Secondary Prize Drawing Thirteen: There are 22 Prizes available in Secondary Prize
Drawing Thirteen:
i) There are 12 AMC Prizes available, each comprised of one (1) $20 AMC gift code
(“AMC Prize”). ARV of each AMC Prize: $20.
ii) There are 10 Cinemark Prizes available, each comprised of one (1) $25 Cinemark
gift code (“Cinemark Prize”). ARV of each Cinemark Prize: $25
n) Grand Prize Drawing: There is one (1) Grand Prize available. The Grand Prize is comprised
of roundtrip airfare for winner and winner’s one (1) guest to/from New York, NY to/from
the closest major U.S. airport to winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor in its sole
discretion), two (2) nights hotel accommodation, double-occupancy, for winner and
winner’s one (1) guest (January 8 and January 9, 2024), car service to/from the applicable
New York airport to the hotel and car service from the hotel to the Mean Girls NY
Premiere, and two (2) tickets to the Mean Girls NY Premiere on January 8, 2024 (“Grand
Prize”). ARV of Grand Prize: $7,000.
