Grand Prize: (1 winner) BMW X3 courtesy of BMW of North America, and a Martha Stewart gift basket (ARV $60,075)

The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for any and all federal, state and local income taxes, sales and use tax, dealership fees, including all title, license, registration, dealer preparation, and destination and handling charges, as well as for a Vehicle emissions inspection, additional equipment, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of Grand Prize Vehicle. The interior color of the Grand Prize Vehicle, package, factory options and other specifics will be designated by Sponsor, and are subject to availability. All additional car options and upgrades will be the responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize Winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid U.S. driver’s license prior to taking delivery. Any and all guarantees and warranties for the Grand Prize Vehicle are subject to BMW’s terms and conditions, and Grand Prize Winner agrees to look solely to the BMW New Vehicle Limited Warranty, a printed copy of which is furnished with the Vehicle, for any such warranty or guarantee claim. Recipient will receive a 2011 Form 1099-MISC by January 31st 2012. Winner must provide their social security information
Finalist Prize: (5 winners) Trip to New York City consisting of round trip coach class air transportation for Finalist and one guest from a major airport nearest Finalist’s residence at time of entry as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and 4-nights’ hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) designated by Sponsor, plus $250 spending cash. In the event that a Finalist lives within one hundred eighty (180) miles of New York City, NY, Sponsor will provide the Finalist with round trip ground transportation between the Finalist’s residence and New York City, NY in lieu of the round trip coach air transportation from major commercial airport nearest the Finalist’s residence. The dollar value difference between the round trip coach air transportation and ground transportation will not be provided to the Finalist. Finalists are solely responsible for any and all expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description herein, including but not limited to ground transfers between Prize Winner’s residence and airport of departure, ground transportation while in designated city not stated herein, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone, movies), meals and beverages, gratuities, travel upgrades, baggage fees, and personal incidentals. Finalists or his/her Guest will be required to provide a valid major credit card or some other acceptable form of payment, as determined in the hotel’s sole discretion upon hotel check and all in-room charges, telephone calls, meals, beverages, hotel upgrades, amenities, personal incidentals and any other expenses charged to the Finalists hotel room will be charged to that major valid credit card or deducted from the deposit provided. Finalists and his/her Guest must travel on dates designated by Sponsor and on the same itinerary. In the event the Finalist and/or his/her Guest cannot travel on dates designated by Sponsor, Finalist may be disqualified and the Finalist position may be awarded to the next Contest Entry that received the next highest score, provided sufficient time remains prior to the Finalist travel date. Travel is subject to terms and condition set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by selected travel providers, availability and other material restrictions may apply. Sponsor is not responsible for any fees or additional charges resulting from a Finalist or Guest change(s) to itinerary or accommodations. In the event, for whatever reason, the scheduled Martha Stewart Show is cancelled prior to a trip or during Finalist’s trip, that portion of the trip will not be awarded and Sponsor will not provide any compensation or substitution for that portion of the trip. Finalist and his/her Guest will be solely responsible for obtaining valid U.S. government photo identification prior to travel and the associated costs for these requirements. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage. If the Finalist becomes disabled or cannot otherwise fully enjoy the prize due to illness, Sponsor shall have the option at its sole discretion of being relieved of liability for fulfillment of the trip and no other compensation in lieu of the trip will be awarded. Finalist and his/her Guest are responsible for obtaining his/her own medical and life insurance and the associated costs. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, as required. Winners will also receive two books signed by Martha Stewart: “Dinner at Home” and “Martha Stewart’s Encyclopedia of Crafts”. (ARV $3,570)
