A Proof of Purchase Transaction can occur in two (2) ways: 1) by purchasing Kellogg’s® Participating Products and uploading receipts towww.KFR.com/HeismanSweeps or by texting an image of the receipt from your mobile device to 89332; or 2) by linking qualifying retailer loyalty cards to your KFR account and purchasing Kellogg’s® Participating Products at that retailer. The entry will be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes (until 10/19/15); and the Weekly Sweepstakes corresponding to the week in which the Proof of Purchase Transaction is received. For Grand Prize Sweepstakes – Entry must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 10/19/15 in order to be entered into the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. For Weekly Sweepstakes – Entry must be completed by 11:59:59 PM (ET) on 6/17/16 in order to be entered into the Weekly Sweepstakes. Entries submitted after 10/19/15 are only eligible for the Weekly Sweepstakes and will not be considered for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes.
No Purchase Entry – ESPN.com: This method of entry will only be available until 10/19/15 for the Grand Prize Sweepstakes. It will be available for the Weekly Sweepstakes until 12/31/15. To enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase, go to http://www.ESPN.com/cheezit and log into your ESPN.com account, complete the online registration with the information requested, and then follow the instructions to complete your entry. To enter via this method of entry, entrant must be a member of ESPN.com or its family of sites (e.g. ABC.com, ABCNEWS.com, DisneyOnlineFamily.com). Registration is free. If entrant is not a member, entrant may register by clicking on the link as indicated on the Website and following the instructions.
No Purchase Entry – Twitter: Entrants must go to Twitter.com, log into their Twitter account and tweet a digital photo of themselves striking a Heisman® pose. Entrant must include the hashtag #HeismanSweeps in their Tweet. Any photo on Twitter tagged with the hashtag #HeismanSweeps may be eligible for this Sweepstakes.

ALL ELIGIBLE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING; AND ALL ELIGIBLE SWEEPSTAKES ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE RESPECTIVE WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES DRAWINGS.
GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES – Ten (10) Grand Prizes — Each winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Official Heisman® Tailgate Party Weekend in New York, NY selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each trip includes:
• round-trip coach air transportation for winner and one (1) guest between a major commercial airport closest to the winner’s primary U.S. residence (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and New York NY;
• standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations consisting of one (1) room for three (3) nights;
• admission for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Official Heisman® Weekend Tailgate Party;
• $1,500 in the form of a check for the winner only (which may be used toward food, ground transportation, entertainment and miscellaneous expenses while on the trip); and
• a $500 Ticket Cash Gift Certificate as specified by issuer; ticket issuer is an online ticket broker.
ARV $7,450 for each Grand Prize. Trip must be taken from 12/11/15 through 12/14/15 or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If winner lives within two hundred fifty (250) miles of New York, NY, Sponsor will substitute air transportation with ground transportation between winner’s residence and hotel in the destination city, and the difference in value will not be awarded.
WEEKLY SWEEPSTAKES — Two Hundred Sixty Four (264) Weekly Prizes (six (6) prizes per Week) — A $100 Ticket Cash Gift Certificate, ARV $100 for each Weekly Prize.
Total ARV of all prizes $100,900.
