Prize: One (1) prospective Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): (i) one (1) home located in Atlanta, Georgia (the “HGTV® Smart Home 2024”) that is featured on the Websites (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $795,825); (ii) a Mercedes Benz® 2023 EQE® SUV350 or an alternative Mercedes Benz® vehicle of the Grand Prize Winner’s choice, not to exceed an ARV of $81,250 and subject to availability and MBUSA’s approval of selected model, and one (1) electric vehicle charger from MBUSA with an ARV of $945 (the “Vehicle Prize”) (ARV: $82,195); and (iii) One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000) (awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Prize”). Actual value of HGTV® Smart Home 2024 depends on market fluctuations. ARV of total Grand Prize: $1,028,020.
In lieu of taking title to the HGTV® Smart Home 2024 (and the contents of the HGTV® Smart Home 2024), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $550,000 in cash, awarded in the form of an electronic funds transfer (the “Cash Option”). Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $782,195 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu of the HGTV® Smart Home 2024.
