The school must be a public or private school grades K-12 which is located within sixty (60) miles of an H-E-B store and is subject to Sponsor’s approval. Sponsor must approve the recipient of the donation in its sole discretion. Winner may not take a tax deduction for H-E-B’s donation and H-E-B will not provide a tax basis for the school donation. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000. There is no cash value associated with the opportunity to select the school for the donation from H-E-B. Odds of winning
