ONE (1) Grand Prize for the Sweepstakes: A four (4) day/ three (3) night for Rewards member winner and up to THREE (3) guests to New York, New York from August 22, 2013 – August 25, 2013, including: entrance to see The Wanted on the Good Morning America Concert Series on August 23, 2013, four passes to meet members (commonly referred to as a meet and greet) of The Wanted (location to be determined by Sponsor and band’s schedule and availability permitting) ; and FOUR (4) $100 Famous Footwear gift cards. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $7,000.

Trip will consist of the following: round-trip, commercial-coach class airfare for winner and guest from a major U.S. airport nearest to winner’s residence to a major U.S. airport in or near New York, New York (“NYC Airport”) (each as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion); hotel accommodations (single room/double occupancy) for three (3) nights located in or near New York, New York (“Hotel”) (subject to availability and as determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion); $100/day per diem for meals for three days; two hundred and fifty dollars ($250) stipend for ground transportation to winner in the form of a check made payable to winner or in another form subject to Sponsors’ sole discretion; and Set Visit for winner and guest.

If winner lives within 200 miles of New York, NY (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation in lieu of airfare at its sole discretion, and any difference in value will not be awarded.

The potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by phone on or around Monday, August 12, 2013 between 12:00 (noon) PM and 3:00 PM ET, and must answer the telephone in person when called and verbally confirm his/her availability for him/herself and travel companion to travel to New York City on August 22, 2013, or an alternative winner will be selected and notified until a winner is reached, and verbally confirms their availability to take the trip on the specified dates. No telephone messages will be left for potential winners, and potential winners will only be telephoned one time for attempted prize notification. Notification attempts not satisfactorily completed within 3 minutes may be deemed as unsuccessful, and an alternative winner will be selected. If a potential winner is unable to travel to New York City on August 22, 2013, he/she must forfeit prize and an alternate winner will be chosen and contacted.

ONE (1) Second Place Prize for the Sweepstakes: TWO (2) Famous Footwear gift card, at a value of $500 per gift card. Gift card terms and conditions apply. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $ 1,000.

ONE (1) Third Place Prize for the Sweepstakes: TWO (2) Famous Footwear gift card, at a value of $250 per gift card. Gift card terms and conditions apply. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of prize: $ 500.
