To enter the Contest, take a photo of yourself and then choose a friend or family member you want to connect with. Visit www.fuelingconnections.com (the “Website”) for inspiration and examples. Next, upload your photo of yourself on the Website, and include your friend’s email address. Your friend will then receive instructions to upload a photo of their own. He/she will be required to visit the Website to upload their photo in connection with your photo, and follow the on-screen instructions to enter the Contest (an “Entry”). Your submission will only be deemed an eligible Entry after you and your friend have submitted photos and followed all on-screen instructions. Photos submitted as part of an Entry must be taken during the Promotion Period. Entries must be in English and each uploaded picture must be in the following file format: JPEG and not to exceed 3 MB in size. Limit one (1) eligible Entry for two entrants who submit their photos together. You may submit other Entries with other friends. For the purposes of this Contest, a “day” shall be defined as 12:00:00 AM to 11:59:59 PM EDT or EST, as the case may be. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to accept or reject Entries submitted. Sponsor may advise entrants by email of the acceptance or refusal of their Entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its reasonable discretion, during the Promotion Period, to request that or permit any entrant to resubmit his or her Entry which fails to comply with the entry requirements prior to any judging period.

CONTEST JUDGING: During each day of the Promotion Period, as defined above, all eligible Entries from that day will be judged by a qualified independent judge or panel of independent judges, appointed by the Administrator in their sole discretion, based upon the following equally weighted judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”): (a) adherence to theme, (b) creativity, and (c) execution.

PRIZES (92 Total; 2 per day): The two entrants who submitted the single winning Entry will each receive $1,000 awarded as ExxonMobil Gift Cards. (Gift cards awarded to the winners, together, are a single “Prize”.) Approximate Retail Value of gift cards (“ARV”): $1,000 each. Total ARV of all Prizes awarded to winners: $184,000. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by issuer. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution of Prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor. In the event of unavailability of any Prize, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes on Prizes (including but not limited to federal, state, and local income taxes), and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. Limit one (1) Prize per two entrants who submit their photos together. Entrants may win Prizes with other entries, with other friends. Each winner will be required to provide his/her Social Security Number for tax-reporting purposes. Winners will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form for the retail value of the Prize. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded.
