ELIGIBILITY: The Intuit QuickBooks & Etsy Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents (having a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) or Social Security Number (SSN)) of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who (i) are 18 years of age or older at time of entry, (ii) are sellers on the Etsy platform in good standing at the time of entry and prize award and (iii) have had a bill charge on the Etsy platform in the past twelve (12) months preceding the announcement of this Sweepstakes (the “Qualifying Etsy Seller” or the “Entrant”).
Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $25,000 cash (made as a check payable to the winner) and a $1,000 Etsy ad credit.
Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive $4,000 cash (made as a check payable to the winner), a $500 Etsy ad credit and a $500 Etsy gift card.
Ten (10) Second Prize Winners will each receive $1,000 cash (made as a check payable to the winner) and a $100 Etsy ad credit.
Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes: $62,000.00. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
