PRIZES: (18) prizes, with a total approximate retail value of $55,595 U.S. Dollars will be awarded as follows:
(1) First Place Prize: Winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for two to the London 2012 Olympic Games in London, England. The 2012 London Summer Olympic Games are scheduled for the dates of 7/27/12 and 8/12/12; the dates of departure and return for the trip are at sponsor’s discretion. Prize includes:
– round-trip coach air transportation from major airport nearest winner’s home,
– 3 nights hotel accommodations (1 room/double occupancy),
– round-trip airport/hotel transportation in London, and
– two lower level seats to four sponsor-specified Olympic Games events.
– Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $10,000 U.S. Dollars.
Winner and guest are solely responsible for all other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to meals, additional transportation, baggage fees, upgraded room accommodations, souvenirs and other incidentals and items of a personal nature. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, mutilated or stolen travel documents or London 2012 Olympic Games tickets. (Approximate Retail Value: $37,300 U.S. Dollars). The actual retail value of the prize will depend on winner’s point of departure/return and dates of travel. Winner and guest must travel on same itinerary. Sponsor is not responsible for postponement or cancellation of any Olympic Games event(s) or issues arising from the venue operation and management.
(1) Second Place Prize: Winner will receive a Home Sports Fan 3D Package, including a Panasonic 65” VIERA Full HD 3D Plasma TV, Panasonic Blu-ray Home Theater System, Panasonic 3D Active Glasses Starter Kit and a Leather Theater Seating Group (Approximate Retail Value: $8,705 U.S. Dollars)
(1) Third Place Prize: Winner will receive a his/her choice of A) a Nike Golf Package or B) a Home Gym Package (Approximate Retail Value: $5,000 U.S. Dollars).
(15) Monthly Prizes (3 per Monthly Drawing): Each winner will receive a portable GPS. (Approximate Retail Value: $306 U.S. Dollars per prize).
