PRIZE: One (1) winner, subject to verification, will receive the following as the prize in this Sweepstakes:
  One (1) dressbarn gift card in the amount of $1000. Gift card is subject to its terms and conditions.
  One (1) style consultation (up to four (4) hours) with Sponsor’s style director, Cate Sheehy, at the participating Sponsor store closest to the winner’s residence in any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1000). Sponsor may substitute the style consultation portion of the prize with an online style consultation in the event that the winner does not live in close proximity to a participating Sponsor store (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion). The style consultation (both online and in person) must be scheduled by July 12, 2013 and completed by September 30, 2013. Total ARV: $2000.
