Diet Pepsi & Ellen Love Every Sip Contest

A. To be considered for the Contest, Contestant must first access the contest webpage, located at http://www.ellentv.com/loveeverysip
 B. Contestant must then submit the following:
 • Personal Information: Contestant’s first name, last name, e-mail address, home phone number, mailing address, and date of birth (“Personal Information”).
 • Contestant will also be required to check a box acknowledging that Contestant is at least 18 years of age and another box that Contestant has read and accepts this Contest’s Official Rules.
 • A photograph of Contestant for purposes of confirming identity and for publication in the event that Contestant wins a Prize (the “Photo”). Submission of the Photo will not affect whether or not Contestant will win the Prize.
 • A written statement of no more than approximately three hundred (300) words describing what Contestant loves (the “Statement”).

 In addition to the above, Contestant shall have the option to provide a video of the Contestant showing what Contestant loves (in .MOV or .MP4 format or, alternatively, in the form of a valid, working YouTube link (collectively, the “Video”). Submission of a Video is optional and will not affect whether or not Contestant will win the Prize.

PRIZE:

 • The Prizewinner will receive:
 o A one-time US $10,000 payment
 o Roundtrip economy class airfare for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest to the greater Los Angeles area
 o Hotel accommodations in the greater Los Angeles area for two (2) nights for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest
 o Two (2) tickets to a live taping of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on a date to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion following consultation with Prizewinner

 TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF THE PRIZE: US $12,000.00
