ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: You may also enter the Sweepstakes by emailing Sponsor at getmore@decadecigarettes.com during the Entry Period, including the name of the Sweepstakes for which you are entering, the Email Address associated with your Decade Cigarette member account, First Name, Last Name, Home Address (no P.O. Boxes), and Phone Number (including area code) (collectively, “Entry Information”). Limit of one (1) Entry per day during each Entry Period (i.e., five (5) Entries total for Period 1 and seven (7) Entries total for each of Entry Periods 2 through 4).

PRIZES AND VALUES: Sponsor will award eight (8) Winners two (2) prizes (“Prizes”) each: one (1) set of Monogramed Wine Glasses (set of 2) with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $26.95; and one (1) Netflix® Gift Card with an ARV of $25.00. The total ARV of all prizes is $415.60.
