How to Enter: During the Contest Period, Nominators must visit www.goyoucontest.cigna.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form, including their name, valid email address, and a truthful story about how the Nominee has helped them stay true to themselves and helped them realize that they are perfect just the way they are (“Contest Theme”). Nominators will also be asked to generally identify their relationship with this person (“the Nominee”), but you should not include the Nominee’s name, other private information about the Nominee, or any other identifying information about other individuals. At Nominator’s option, they may also upload one (1) photo of themself. The photo should not include anyone else, including the Nominee. Collectively, your story and photo will be referred to as your submission (“Submission”). By uploading a Submission, Nominators agree that their Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below and that it will be displayed on the Contest website. Sponsor, however, in its sole discretion, may remove a Submission from the Contest Website and disqualify the applicable Nominator from the Contest if it believes that the Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Photo Guidelines:
• The Photo must be in .jpg format and must not exceed 5 MB in size;
• The Story must be in English and must not exceed one thousand (1000)
characters;
• The Submission cannot have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind.

Winner Determination: After the Contest Period, a panel of qualified judges determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion will select the winning Submission from among all eligible Submissions based on application of the following criteria (“Judging Criteria”):

• Story Quality (33%);
• Story is Inspirational and Meaningful (33%); and
• Story fits the Contest Theme (34%)

The Nominee listed by Nominator in the Submission that received the highest score will be the potential Grand Prize winner.

Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $7,500 to be used to arrange a trip to a destination of winner’s choice for travel in the United States, the Caribbean or Europe, up to $1,000 in travel agent services to make arrangements and an additional check for $2,500 (“Tax Gross-Up”) which is intended to help offset any federal or state tax obligations related to the acceptance of the Grand Prize. Trip must be completed within one year of winner confirmation. Winner will be required to provide details to travel agent at least forty-five days before intended travel. Airfare and hotel accommodation will be subject to availability and black-out dates. Approximate Retail Value: $11,000.
