ENTRY PERIOD PRIZE: One (1) Entry Period Prize of a $110 Chaco Footwear gift card (an “Entry Period Prize”) will be awarded to each Entry Period Prize Winner, subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Entry Period Prize is $110. The ARV of all Entry Period Prizes to be awarded is $16,500.

GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of a $5,000 G Adventures credit (the “Grand Prize”), subject to terms and conditions, will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner, having an ARV of $5,000.

For purposes of these Official Rules, the Entry Period Prize Winners and the Grand Prize Winner will be collectively referred to as “Prize Winners”. The Entry Period Prizes and the Grand Prize will be collectively referred to as “Prizes”.

The total ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $21,500.
