Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as a grand prize winner shall be awarded a 3-day, 2-night VIP trip to Louisville, KY and the Buffalo Trace Distillery with one (1) night in Louisville, KY and a second night in the Buffalo Trace Distillery’s private lodge. Travel must occur on one of the designated three-day date range options outlined below occurring between May 11, 2023 and September 23, 2023. The grand prize award trip shall include:
· First-class roundtrip airfare for winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) from the nearest major metro airport to the winner’s home to Louisville, KY (SDF airport). Airline, class of service, and departure/arrival airports as solely determined and designated by Sponsor and subject to availability.
o NOTE: If grand prize winner resides within 250-miles of the Buffalo Trace Distillery or the greater Louisville, KY metro area, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a $500 gift card toward ground transportation in lieu of airfare.
· Private ground transfers from SDF airport to Louisville hotel; Louisville hotel to the Buffalo Trace Distillery; and, Buffalo Trace Distillery to SDF airport. Car service provider and vehicle class as solely determined and designated by Sponsor, subject to availability;
· One (1) night standard double-occupancy hotel in Louisville, KY. Hotel as solely determined and designated by Sponsor based upon availability;
· Dinner reservation for winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) in Louisville, KY. Restaurant type, location, and reservation time as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability;
· One (1) night lodging at the Stagg Lodge located on the property of the Buffalo Trace Distillery;
· Dinner for winner and one (1) guest (21 years of age or older) prepared by a private chef at the Stagg Lodge. Meal type and service time as solely designated and determined by Sponsor, subject to availability and date of experience;
· One (1) $800 gift card to the Buffalo Trace gift shop. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy;
· One (1) $500 gift card toward supplemental ground transportation and incidentals. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions, including any expiration, of the issuing gift card provider policy.
