Prize: (3 winners) Roundtrip airfare for winner and a guest to Greenville South Carolina, ground transportation to the hotel from the airport, 4-days/3-nights standard, double occupancy accommodations in the Westin Poinsette in Greenville SC. The winner and a guest will also enjoy three days of complimentary breakfast, lunch and dinner provided to them on Friday November 14, 2008 and Saturday November 15, 2008 and breakfast will be provided on the morning of Sunday November 16, 2008. The three winners and their guest will take part in a 2 day performance driving at BMW’s Performance Driving School in Greenville, SC, choice of an afternoon activity (spa treatment or golf), and they will also be provided with morning workout cards provided by Men’s Health. (ARV $7,160) There are a total of 3 prizes to be awarded to three separate winners. Actual value of trip depends on dates of travel and winner’s residency and departure city. You must travel form a major airport closest to your residence in the Continental US and the trip must be taken on Thursday November 14, 2008 and returning on Sunday November 16, 2008. Only electronic airline tickets will be issued, if available. Winner’s travel guest must be the age of majority in his or her state of residency or winner must be guest’s-parent or legal guardian. Parent or legal guardian must accompany a traveling minor at all times. Winner and travel companion will be required to travel together to and from the same point of origin. Prior to travel, winner and travel companion may be responsible for obtaining the proper travel documentation (e.g., passports). Winner and travel companion hereby release Sponsors from any duty to provide, check or verify any and all necessary passports, visas and tourist cards, birth certificates, vaccination certificates and any other travel or entry requirements (“Personal Documents”). Sponsors shall not have any responsibility for the replacement of lost or stolen Personal Documents or tickets, coupons, vouchers, receipts or other documents pertaining to the prize (“Travel Documents”) once the Travel Documents have been provided to winner and travel companion. Certain reasonable travel restrictions such as holiday “black-out” dates or periods may apply.
