ASUS “How Has College Transformed You?” Contest

1. To be eligible for the Promotion, during the Promotional Period, entrant must:  (1) upload a picture to ASUS Campus Life’s Woobox Contest Page during the Promotion Period; and  (2) Entrant must also write a caption (up to 140 characters) that describes their transformational college experience related to the photo (collectively, the picture and caption are a “Submission”).  Anyone may vote for the Submission (by indicating he or she “likes” the Submission) during the Voting Period.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries which are incomplete.  Based on prior contests, Sponsor expects 150 entrants.
2. Prize, Approximate Retail Value.  The Winner of the Promotion with the highest number of votes will receive one (1) ASUS TF701T tablet (“Prize”), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of four hundred US dollars ($400 USD). The Winner of the Promotion with the second highest number of votes will receive one (1) ASUS Chromebox (“Prize”), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of one hundred and eighty US dollars ($180 USD). The Winner of the Promotion with the third highest number of votes will receive one (1) ASUS MeMO Pad 8 tablet (“Prize”), with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of two hundred US dollars ($200 USD).  Total ARV of all prizes:  $780 USD.
