Prize (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Manuas, Brazil. Travel Dates: February 4, 2016 – February 9, 2016. Passport and Visa required for travel to Brazil. Winner will be required to submit a copy of their valid Passport within seven days of prize acceptance. Winner’s guest must submit a copy of their valid Passport within seven (7) days of winner’s prize acceptance. Winner and guest must obtain a valid Visa prior to travel. See Rule #7 for details. Prize consists of round-trip coach international air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), lodging for five (5) consecutive nights, a guided fishing trip on the Amazon River, ground transportation to/from airport/lodging/guided fishing trip and $10,000.00 (awarded in the form of a check made payable to winner). During the guided fishing trip, winner and guest may have the opportunity to “meet and greet” and fish with Kevin VanDam (subject to availability).
