PRIZE DETAILS, ODDS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS. Fifty (50) prizes are available to be awarded. Each
prize consists of one (1) Miami HEAT City Edition Jersey. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $175.00 each.
Winners shall not receive their choice of size or player’s name. Distribution of available prizes is at Sponsor’s sole
discretion. Total ARV of all prizes is $8,750.00.
