Prize: (1 winner) Two economy class, roundtrip air or rail transportation tickets for the winner and a guest to travel from a major airport or train station near winner’s residence to New York, NY. Air transportation will not be provided if the winner or guest lives within 100 miles of New York, NY. 1-night’s standard accommodations chosen by Sponsor, standard room, double occupancy. Two tickets to the 2012 Red Dress Awards for winner and a guest. Prize ARV: $1200. Actual value of Prize will depend on point of departure and any airfare or rail fare fluctuations. Prize winner and his/her guest must travel on same itinerary. Prize trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions. Twenty-one day advance booking required. Travel must be taken in February 2012 on the day TBD of and the day after the 2012 Red Dress Awards. If travel is not completed by February 2012 date TBD, prize will be deemed forfeited. Potential prize winner must accept prize in its entirety or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once booked, no change, extension, or substitution of trip dates is permitted, except by Sponsor at its sole discretion. If prize winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian, and such person must pay his/her own expenses unless deemed to be the allotted guest. If guest is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian. Prize winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all necessary and required travel documents. All meals, gratuities additional ground transfers, transportation, excursions, insurance, incidentals, departure, airport taxes and any other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and his or her guest.
