Prizes & their corresponding Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

One (1) Grand Prize: A 9-day trip to your choice of Montana’s 15 ski areas for winner and up to three guests (ARV: up to $8,000.00). Grand Prize consists of:

Round-trip coach air transportation between Montana and a major commercial airport near the winner’s primary residence within the continental U.S. and Canada.
9 days car rental (pick up and drop off at airport).
Total 8 nights lodging, limit up to four resorts (double occupancy standard room only).
7 days of skiing (a maximum of two days of skiing per resort).
$1,700 Visa® gift card to winner only for spending money.
Trip must be taken by January 31, 2016 (blackout dates between December 24, 2015 – January 3, 2016 apply).
One (1) First Prize: A 5-day Norwegian ski vacation for winner and one guest at Fjord Norway (ARV: 9,000.00). First Prize consists of:

Round-trip coach air transportation to Norway from a major commercial airport near the winner’s primary residence.
Ground transportation to/from airport and resort.
5 nights lodging at a resort of Sponsor’s choice (double occupancy standard room only).
Two Helly Hansen ski jackets.
Lift tickets (if applicable by season).
Trip must be taken by March 31, 2016.
Restrictions: Helly Hansen reserves the right to substitute the jackets of comparable value in the event that the jacket prize is not available at the time of redemption. Blackout dates may apply based on local accommodations.

One (1) Second Prize: A 8-day trip to one of five ski destinations at Switzerland for winner and one guest (ARV: up to $7,000.00). Second Prize consists of:

Round-trip coach air transportation on Swiss International Airlines from any SWISS operated U.S. and Canada gateway to Zurich or Geneva, Switzerland. Winner and guest are responsible for transport to the gateway.
Ground transportation by train to/from airport in Switzerland to destination city near the resort.
7 nights lodging, double occupancy standard room only (Gstaad, Portes du Soleil, St. Moritz, Jungfrau Region or Engelberg-TITLIS).
7 days of skiing and lift tickets at the chosen resort.
Trip must be taken by December 24, 2015.
All air tickets will be issued in the name of the winner and his/her guest(s). Air tickets and other prize items are non transferable, refundable, nor may they be negotiated or transferred to another person. Trip does not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All applicable taxes, airport taxes, federal/state/country taxes, departure taxes, customs duties and security fees, equipment rentals other than mentioned herein, other incidental expenses are not included and will be the winners’ and guests’ responsibility. Limit: one prize per household. Maximum ARV of all prizes: $24,000.00.
