GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize consists of a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for the winner and three (3) guests to attend the “How Sweet The Sound” finale event, currently scheduled to take place in Los Angeles, California on October 28, 2011. The trip consists of round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and the three (3) guests between a departure airport determined by Sponsor and the destination airport, provided the winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the destination airport; four (4) roundtrip ground transfers between the destination airport and the hotel, provided the winner resides more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the destination airport; a consecutive three (3) night stay at a hotel selected by Sponsor (prize includes room rate and taxes only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor); tickets for the winner and the winner’s three (3) guests to attend the finale event; and $ 500.00 in spending money. If the winner resides within two hundred fifty (250) miles of the destination airport, Sponsor may in its discretion substitute ground transportation for the air transportation component of the prize. The specific trip dates, itinerary, seat locations and all other prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other additional restrictions may apply. If the winner is not available for the trip on the dates specified by Sponsor, that component of the prize will be forfeited. The Grand Prize winner and guests must travel together on same itinerary and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $4,500.00.

PRIZE: Each prize consists of tickets for the winner and three (3) guests (a total of four (4) tickets) to attend a “How Sweet The Sound” event. Seat locations and all other prize details will be determined by Sponsor. With respect to the Dallas Game Category, the event is currently scheduled to take place in Dallas on September 15, 2011; with respect to the Washington, D.C. Game Category, the event is currently scheduled to take place in Washington, D.C. on September 21, 2011; and with respect to the Los Angeles Game Category, the event is currently scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on October 1, 2011. The specific event dates and locations will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion and are subject to change. If the winner is not available for the event, the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $40.00. The exact value will depend on where the winner resides and market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. The total ARV of all prizes is $1,440.00.
