3. PRIZES, ODDS OF WINNING: One Grand Prize consisting of a trip for two to Miami, Florida to attend final Live the Dream and a chance to win up to $ 50,000 in cash (the “Event”). The winner (a) Grand Prize randomly selected from among 20 options and earn at least $ 5,000.00 and up to $ 50,000.00.

The Grand Prize consists of two (2) airline tickets round trip to Miami, Florida, economy class, from the commercial airport nearest to residence in the United States the winner (a); stay two (2) nights at a hotel in Miami, Florida, in a standard room (double occupancy), roundtrip transportation from airport to hotel and from hotel to event, two (2) tickets to the final of Live the Dream, take place on or about November 22, 2009, and a chance to win up to $ 50,000 in cash.
