The Children’s Place The Cash for Class Contest

During the Contest Period, visit parents.com/place and follow the instructions provided to submit a completed online entry form, including writing a description of what your minor child wants to be when he/she grows up (in 100 characters or less) (collectively, an “Entry”). Entrants will also be given the option to upload a photo of the minor child’s artwork depicting what he/she wants to be when he/she grows up. Uploading a photo is optional and is not required to receive an Entry. Uploaded photo will not be judged and uploading a photo will not increase your ability to win.
One (1) Entry per person and per email address per minor child and per household throughout the Contest Period.
This Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older.
On or about 10/14/13, a panel of qualified judges, selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will judge all eligible Entries received throughout the Contest Period based on the following criteria: Creativity (33%), Adherence to Contest theme (33%), and Thoughtfulness (34%). The one (1) Entry with the highest total score will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. The Entries with the second, third and fourth highest total scores will be deemed the potential First Prize winner, potential Second Prize winner and potential Third Prize winner, respectively. In the event of a tie, the one (1) Entry among the tied Entries with the highest score in the criteria of Thoughtfulness will be deemed the potential winner.
PRIZES (4):
Grand Prize (1):A $10,000 check which may be used toward winner’s child’s college tuition; Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.
First Prize (1): A $5,000 check which may be used toward winner’s child’s college tuition.
Second Prize (1): A $2,500check which may be used toward winner’s child’s college tuition.
Third Prize (1):A $1,000 gift card to The Children’s Place.
Total ARV of all prizes: $18,500.
