GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will win a five (5) day four (4) night trip to the 2013 TCM Classic Film Festival for him/herself and a guest and will receive the following:
(a) Two round-trip coach-class air transportation tickets, from the major U.S. gateway airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to an airport in the Los Angeles, CA area;
(b) one (1) room, double-occupancy standard hotel accommodations for four (4) nights;
(c) ground transportation provided to and from the airport as selected by Sponsors;
(d) one (1) Five Hundred Dollar ($500US) gift card;
(e) two (2) Spotlight passes to the 2013 TCM Classic Film Festival which includes entry to all screenings, including, opening night red carpet event, exclusive Vanity Fair party, meet and greet with Robert Osborne and friends and an official festival poster signed by Robert Osborne;
(f) two (2) TCM prize packs.
In the event Grand Prize Winner previously purchased a festival pass and can provide proof of purchase, Sponsor will reimburse Grand Prize Winner for the purchase price.
Total Grand Prize actual retail value is Four Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($4,400). The grand prize winner and guest must be available to attend the 2013 TCM Classic Film Festival on April 25th – April 28th, 2013, and travel immediately before and after such time to be eligible for the Grand Prize. Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion must be a legal U.S. resident and at least age 21. All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsors’ agent on a carrier of Sponsors’ choice and trip must be booked a minimum of fourteen (14) days in advance of travel and other travel restrictions may apply. Sponsor reserves the right to approve any travel dates and trip must be taken by April 24, 2013. No extensions will be given after such time, and the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligations to the Grand Prize Winner.
SECONDARY PRIZES: Sponsors will provide Five (5) Secondary Prize Winners with One Hundred Dollars ($100) worth of TCM branded products and merchandise. ARV of each Secondary Prize is One Hundred Dollars ($100).
Total ARV of all prizes is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($4,900US).
