PRIZES:
One (1) Prize of a “Food Driven Trip for two (2) people” will be awarded to each Prize Winner. The maximum approximate retail value (the “ARV”) of each Prize is $5,000. A total of six (6) Prizes will be awarded in the Sweepstakes. The maximum ARV of all Prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $30,000. Any difference in the stated ARV of any Prize and the actual value at time of booking will not be awarded. The Sponsor will determine the destination city of each Prize awarded in their sole discretion which includes Chicago (IL), New York City (NY) or San Francisco (CA). Prize Winners/Travel Companions must travel on the dates indicated by the Sponsor and must confirm travel dates with Sponsor upon Notification or prize will be forfeited, no alternate prize will be awarded to such Prize Winner, and an alternate Prize Winner will be selected, time permitting. The travel dates for each Prize are as follows: (a) The Prize Winner selected for the Entry Period 1 Prize must travel between October 5, 2012 and October 7, 2012; (b) The Prize Winner selected for the Entry Period 2 Prize must travel between October 12, 2012 and October 14, 2012; (c) the Prize Winner selected for the Entry Period 3 Prize must travel between October 19, 2012 and October 21, 2012; (d) the Prize Winner selected for the Entry Period 4 Prize must travel between October 26, 2012 and October 28, 2012; (e) the Prize Winner selected for the Entry Period 5 Prize must travel between November 2, 2012 and November 4, 2012; and (f) the Prize Winner selected for the Entry Period 6 Prize must travel between November 9, 2012 and November 11, 2012
Each Prize includes all of the following which shall be awarded to each Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest (the “Travel Companion”); (a) two (2) nights’ accommodations at the W Hotel in the destination city to be determined at Sponsor’s sole discretion (double occupancy); (b) round trip coach class air transportation from an airport nearest Prize Winner’s residence to the destination city on an airline to be determined by the Sponsor in their sole discretion; (c) use of a 2013 Acura RDX vehicle over the duration of the trip, courtesy of Acura; and (d) a $1,000 American Express (or similar gift card) to be used towards meal expenses based upon a food itinerary recommended by Sponsor (or to be used at Prize Winner’s sole choosing).
