Open to females 18+ who are moms or mom figures, US, unlimited entries (each must be different). Answer each of the three questions in 50 words or less (up to 150 words total). Photo is optional.

Grand Prize: (1 winner) A “Home Sweet Home” 5-day/4-night trip for four [winner and up to three guests] to visit out-of-town family in the 50 U.S. or D.C. (or if winner chooses, location can be anywhere else in the 50 U.S. or D.C.), subject to approval by Sponsor. Trip includes round trip coach air transportation for four from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s current home to winner’s destination city, use of car rental for 5 days and 4 nights, first class hotel accommodations for 5-days/4-nights [based on a four-person suite, where available, or two rooms, double occupancy], and a meal allowance to be awarded as a $1,000 check in the name of the winner (ARV: $8,000). Actual value may vary based on dates of travel and location of winner’s current residence/destination.

In the event the Grand Prize winner currently resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, winner and guests will not receive air transportation portion of prize and no additional compensation or substitution will be provided for the difference in prize value; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded. Airline tickets are for travel from major U.S. gateway airport in the 50 United States or D.C. nearest winner’s current home to the destination city. Airline carrier’s regulations and conditions apply. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. Winner and guests must travel together on the same itinerary. Guests of the Grand Prize winner must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence at time of travel or, if minors they must be accompanied by their parents/legal guardians as one of the guest(s). Guest(s) of the Grand Prize winner [or his/her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) if guest if guest is a minor] will be required to execute and return a Release of Liability and Publicity Release (except where prohibited) (“Guest Documents”) prior to issuance of travel documents. Grand Prize winner and guests must possess valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) in order to travel and are responsible for obtaining such travel documents prior to trip. All travel must be completed within one (1) year from the date awarded or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. Accommodations are subject to availability. Certain travel restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Trip must be booked a minimum of twenty-one (21) days prior to departure date. Seat selection and timing of trip subject to availability and confirmation of reservations. No refunds or credit for changes are allowed. Rental car subject to restrictions set forth by rental car agency and if winners do not meet rental car requisites, that portion of the prize will not be awarded and no additional compensation will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded. Winner is responsible for returning the car with a full tank of gas. All other expenses and costs associated with acceptance and use of the Grand Prize, not expressly listed above as being included, including, but not limited to, all federal, state and local taxes, tips, entertainment, transfers, luggage fees, and any additional transportation are the Grand Prize winner’s sole responsibility.
