To enter, (1) Complete the entry form located under the promotion tab on the Soda Stream USA Facebook page including your name, email address, date of birth, uploaded photo and brief essay about the “Mompowerment Moment” you selected. A “Mompowerment Moment” is an example of something special you’ve done or had done for you that illustrates the power and privilege that comes from being a mom. You may also nominate someone else who embodies “Mompowerment” by sharing their photo and Facebook profile and sending in an essay about them: the nominee will have to log in and allow the entry by “Accepting” it on their Facebook profile.

Two (2) winners will be chosen during the promotion period by Sponsor. Winners will be selected at the discretion of Sponsor, based on Sponsor’s determination of the entry which best depicts the Mompowerment theme.

PRIZES. All winners will receive an all-expense paid trip to New York City for four (4), including flights from your nearest capital city to New York City, two (2) nights accommodation, transfers and four (4) tickets to The Rachael Ray Show. The suggested price of the prize is $5,000. Tickets are subject to production schedules and availability. Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age to attend Rachael Ray show taping.
