PRIZES FOR CONTEST:
One (1) Grand Prize: a 3-night/4-day trip for 2 people (winner & one guest) to Wine Country in Napa Valley, CA (“Contest Grand Prize”). Grand Prize includes: round trip, coach air transportation from a major gateway airport near winner’s home (at Sponsor’s discretion) to a major gateway airport near San Francisco, CA, 3 nights hotel accommodations (1 room, dbl. occ.), a VIP tour and wine tasting at two (2) Napa Valley wineries (as specified by Sponsor), lunch for winner and guest on the Napa Valley wine train (based on availability, at Sponsor’s discretion), a $300 transportation allowance and a $500 dining allowance (both awarded in the form of a pre-paid debit card). Blackout dates and additional restrictions may apply. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000; actual value may vary due to departure location and airfare fluctuations. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. If winner resides within 120 miles of San Francisco, CA, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air and no compensation will be given in lieu thereof. Meals (other than specified herein), gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges and any other unspecified travel-related expenses and the sole responsibility of winner. Exact travel dates and arrangements subject to availability. Travel must be completed by 12/31/20 and be booked at least 60 days prior to anticipated departure date. Once travel arrangements have been booked, no changes will be permitted by winner. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Guest of Contest Grand Prize winner must be at least 21 years of age at the time of travel and will be required to complete, sign and return a liability/publicity release prior to booking of travel arrangements. Contest Grand Prize Winner and guest shall be responsible for having all necessary identification and/or travel documents (i.e., a valid U.S. Driver’s license or passport) required for travel.)

SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING AND PRIZES:
There will be a random drawing conducted on or about October 28, 2019. The random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, from all eligible Sweepstakes entries received from all entry categories to award; Forty (40) Prizes: a $25 prepaid debit card. ARV: $25 per prepaid debit card.
Walmart Gift Card Drawing: There will be a random drawing conducted on or about October 28, 2019. The random drawing will be conducted by Administrator, from all eligible Walmart Gift Card Drawing Entries received: One Hundred (100) Prizes: a $50 Walmart Gift Card. ARV: $50 per Walmart gift card.
Gift cards subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon. Limit of one sweepstakes prize and one Walmart gift card prize per person/household/e-mail address. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize will be determined by the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received.
