Prize: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night stay for two in an Ocean Suite at The Cove Atlantis in The Bahamas and two 60-minute spa treatments at the Mandara Spa. Upon verbal and written (E.g. email) acceptance from the Winner, Sponsor will mail travel waivers, W-9, and a prize acceptance form/affidavit of eligibility to the winner. Winner and guest must return all forms completed and signed within two (2) weeks of receipt. Winner’s travel companion must be a legal U.S. resident, age 21 or older, and must travel with the winner. Prize is valid for travel between March 1, 2011, and March 1, 2012. Winner and guest must complete travel by March 1, 2012,to avoid forfeiture of prize. No extension of effective dates is permitted. Reservations at The Cove Atlantis are based on availability and at the sole discretion of The Cove Atlantis, and exclude all blackout periods (as defined by Atlantis), which shall include MLK Weekend, Presidents’ Day Weekend, and Easter Weekend. Not valid during holiday and peak period stays. Availability is subject to change without notice, and other restrictions apply.
