PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize” or the “Prize”) will be awarded to one (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner” or the “Prize Winner”) and his/her guest at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period. The Grand Prize shall allow the Grand Prize Winner to participate as a Team Member, and the opportunity to participate as one of several Drivers, on the PEAK 24 Hours of LeMons Racing Team in a 3-day 24 Hours of LeMons Racing Event to be held from Friday, April 19, 2013 through Sunday, April 21, 2013 at the GingerMan Raceway in South Haven, Michigan (approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,150). In addition to the Grand Prize Winner’s team participation and driving opportunity, the Grand Prize shall also include: a pre-paid driver’s participation fee; round trip coach airfare for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest; airport transfers for two; three nights lodging for two at an at-track motor home; and meals for two.
