Prizes: (1) Grand Prize: A check in the amount of $100,000. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $100,000. (35) First Prizes (one (1) per Entry Period): Each winner will receive either one (1) autographed mini-helmet from a Nationwide Series driver selected by Sponsor (ARV: $15) OR a pair of tickets to a 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series race (ARV: $790). Each week’s prize is disclosed in the chart above. If the designated race is canceled for any reason, tickets will be rescheduled/reissued for another race selected by Sponsor. Seat location at race to be determined by Sponsor. Tickets are subject to terms and conditions specified thereon. Winners and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Autographed prizes to be hand-signed by an athlete designated by Sponsor in its sole discretion. ARV of hand-signed merchandise subject to fluctuation based on the featured athlete and current market value at time of prize award. Total ARV of all prizes: $108,275.
