during the Entry Period, be sure you are following Sponsor’s TikTok Account, like the
TikTok Post, and post a non-offensive or non-abusive comment in the comments
section of the TikTok Post that includes the hashtags #OHLAYS and #Sweepstakes
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The “Grand Prize” consists of a signed Lionel Messi, Lay’s branded jersey (size and style of jersey and location of signature determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and an exclusive bag of Lay’s x Messi chips. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $570.00, depending on value of autograph at time of valuation. NINE (9) TOTAL FIRST PRIZES – 5 from Instagram, 2 from TikTok, and 2 from X: Each “First Prize” consists of an exclusive bag of Lay’s x Messi chips. Nine (9) First Prizes are available: five (5) awarded to winners who entered via Instagram, two (2) awarded to winners who entered via TikTok, and two (2) awarded to winners who entered via X. ARV of each First Prize is $70. The total ARV of all of the prizes awarded in this Sweepstakes is $1,200.00
