 Grand Prize (3): Each Grand Prize Winner will host a four (4) hour event for up to  seventy-five (75) people featuring the Materne GOGO SQUEEZ Mobile Playground near  or within that Grand Prize Winner’s hometown. The Materne GOGO SqueeZ Mobile  Playground is an approximate 30′ x 30′ mobile playground designed for children ages 5  to 12 that travels the continental United States on a scheduled playground event tour  providing supervised playful family moments, which generally includes a slide, music,  soccer and basketball goals, arts and craft activities, media and digital upload activities, interactive games and challenges, a climbing wall, funhouse mirrors, and  the like. Dates  and specific location of playground event to be determined based on the 2013 “Pass the
 3  Play” tour schedule and to be held near or within Grand Prize Winner’s hometown, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No weather guarantee or rain date is required and will only be provided at Sponsor’s discretion. Prize redemption to occur on or before December 31, 2013 unless otherwise determined by Sponsor. Grand Prize winner and all event participants (or their parent or guardian, as applicable for minor participants) will be required to register and sign a Waiver and Liability Release as a condition of event participation. All event participants will be required to follow certain playground restrictions, rules, directions and safety instructions as well, and Sponsor reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any Grand Prize Winner or event participant at any time at Sponsor’s discretion based on behavior issues. Certain playground equipment height, weight and dress restrictions may also apply. Additionally, each Grand Prize Winner will receive KFC Gift Checks valued in the amount of seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00). The ARV of each Grand Prize is $3,750.
