There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded and one hundred (100) Second Place Prizes:

The Second Place Prize will be awarded to 100 individuals and includes a brand kit, each kit of which will consist of a $30 Food Delivery Gift Card (1), JDTF Halloween Bandanas (5), JDTF Hitch Shot Glasses (12), JDTF Bar Mat (1), JDTH Acrylic Shakers (2), JDTF Ball Caps (2), JDTF Costume (1), JDTF 12oz. Glow in the Dark Cups (50), JDTF Halloween Coasters (20), JDTF Halloween Straws (50), and JDTF Pennant Strings (1). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Second Place Prize is $85 per kit, or $8,500 total value in dollars of all second prizes. The Second Prizes will be sent to the Winners by mail.

A Grand Prize to a winner consists of (2) VIP tickets to Jack Daniel’s Flavors Halloween Pop Up event between October 25th, 2024 – October 31st, 2024 in Los Angeles, California (exact event details to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion and provided upon winner verification), roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) to/from a major commercial airport nearest to Winner’s primary residence to Los Angeles, CA (flights may include stopovers and/or connections), $250 ground transportation gift card, and two (2) nights standard room, double occupancy hotel accommodations (room and tax only). Gratuities, incidentals, upgrades, service charges, food, beverages, merchandise or any other expenses not specified herein are not included and are Winner’s sole responsibility. If actual value of Grand Prize is lower than the stated ARV when Grand Prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded. Winner will be required to provide hotel with a credit card at time of check-in to cover incidental fees/damages, along with complying with any requirements mandated by the hotel’s management.
