Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall win the Grand Prize, which consists of the home located in Trump International Hotel & Tower® Chicago (the “HGTV Urban Oasis Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Urban Oasis” special. The HGTV Urban Oasis Home (including home furnishings, artwork, and merchandise) is valued at approximately $785,000.00 as of July 11, 2011.

 In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis Home, Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $675,000.00 in cash
