PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: A Carnival® Cruise vacation for up to six (6) people (winner and up to five (5) guests). The Grand Prize consists of a Carnival® Cruise Certificate (“Certificate”) redeemable for a five (5) or six (6) day cruise available at the time the Certificate is redeemed and a $6,000 cash prize awarded in the form of a check to arrange for and purchase transportation to and from the port and/or for spending money. Cruise accommodations are double-occupancy in ocean-view category. Cruise includes select meals, coffee, tea and juice and select entertainment as well as government fees, cruise taxes and the automatic ship-board gratuities. Other items, including, but not limited to, shore excursions, soda, alcoholic beverages, gaming and spa services, and any taxes thereon, are not included. Cruise must be completed on or before November 14, 2011 and is subject to availability. Certificate not redeemable for cruise during last two (2) weeks of December 2010. Certificate not valid for cruises departing from Alaska or for special voyages. Booking instructions, as listed on the Certificate, shall apply. Grand Prize Winner agrees to accept booking instructions and all terms and conditions of use listed on the Certificate, including, but not limited to, the Carnival Cruise Lines’ “Terms and Conditions of Passage Contract Ticket.” The Certificate is valid for new bookings only. Any guest under the age of twenty-one must be accompanied by his/her parent or legal guardian. Certificate valid for one (1) cruise only. Grand Prize Winner and all guests must travel on same cruise.
