Grand Prize:
One (1) winner of the Grand Prize will be chosen at random. The winner will receive Malia’s Signature O’Neill Superkini and one (1) tour for (1) passenger, on Contiki’s Costa Rica Unplugged. What’s included: (i) airfare credit of $1,000.00, only awarded if winners book airfare with Contiki, for use on airfare from the major gateway nearest winners’ home to San Jose and departing San Jose back to the major gateway nearest winners’ home, (ii) eight (8) nights twin- or triple-share hotel accommodations, (iii) one (1) night in a lodge, (iv) two (2) nights Special Stay experience, (v) eleven (11) continental breakfasts, (vi) four (4) lunches, (vii) seven (7) dinners, as per itinerary (ARV $3,098.50 including airfare credit and O’Neill’s Malia Superkini)
Winner must be 18 to 35 years of age at the time of travel. The winner will be solely responsible for his/her own transportation to and from winner’s home airport. Winner will also be responsible for all other expenditures not specifically mentioned on www.contiki.com (“Booking Conditions”) including, without limitation, airport taxes, airport transfers, passport and visa fees, insurance, laundry, phone calls, optional excursions, beverages, meals not detailed in the itinerary, special needs and services required by handicapped clients (see 5.3 under Vacation Details & Conditions), tips to tour managers, representatives, drivers and local guides, items of a personal nature, and excess baggage. To travel with Malia & Kiana, winner must travel on 8/10/2013 departure. If winner is not able to travel on 8/10/2013 departure, travel must take place by 12/31/2013 and traveling with Malia & Kiana is not guaranteed. The Grand Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates, which may include major U.S. holidays and other dates. Contiki has the ultimate discretion in the scheduling of the Grand Prize trip. Grand Prize winner is responsible for 1) all travel documents including, without limitation, a current, valid passport or other travel documents acceptable to the airlines, the destination countries, Transportation Security Administration, and the US Government, as they apply, (2) all medical requirements, (3) respecting all local regulations and (4) for full compliance with the regulations of all venues. The Grand Prize has an approximate retail value of $3,098.50 based on any departure in 2013. Should the value of the Grand prize be less than the ARV, the difference will not be awarded in cash or in kind. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.
