Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to New York City, beauty hair makeover with a Sebastian stylist, Sebastian hair products, dinner for two at a hot NYC restaurant, and two theater tickets. Trip includes two economy class, roundtrip air transportation tickets to travel from a major airport near the winner’s residence to New York, NY. Grand prize winner and his/her guest must take air travel on same itinerary. Air transportation will not be provided if the winner lives within 100 miles of New York City. 3-days/2-night’s standard accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsors, standard room, double occupancy. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,500. Actual value of prize will depend on point of departure and any airfare fluctuations. Grand prize trip is subject to air travel and hotel availability, holiday and blackout dates, and other restrictions. Twenty-one day advance booking required. Travel must be completed by June 30, 2011. If travel is not completed by June 30, 2011, prize will be deemed forfeited. Potential winner must accept prize in its entirety or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsors will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.
