No substitution, cash redemption, cash alternative, or assignment or transfer of prizes permitted, in whole or in part. If any prize winner declines the prize, fails to claim the prize within specified time periods, is unavailable for prize fulfillment, or fails to abide by these Official Rules, Sponsor and Promosis, Inc. may select an alternate winner from all remaining eligible entries. Winners are solely responsible for any costs or expenses related to the acceptance or use of a prize not specifically exempted herein, as well as all applicable federal, state, provincial, or local taxes on the value of their prizes. Grand Prize winner, if a US resident, will be issued an IRS 1099-MISC tax form for the retail value of prize won. Any costs associated with the Grand Prize trip not specified above are at the winner′s discretion and are not included. Actual value of Grand Prize trip may vary, based on timing of trip, location of departure city, and assessment of prize elements publicly available. Difference between actual value and stated value will not be awarded in cash. Grand Prize trip must be scheduled and completed by December 24, 2012. Travel guest of the Grand Prize winner will be required to complete a liability/publicity release before trip is booked. If winner′s travel companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at his/her own expense, if their parent/guardian is not the winner. Grand Prize winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary, and are solely responsible for obtaining any and all necessary travel documentation. Grand Prize trip and its components, including Sun Valley Resort expeditions, are subject to scheduling availability, blackout dates, and certain other restrictions. No substitution of prizes permitted, except by Sponsor as may be due to prize unavailability at time of award, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. In no event will more than stated number of prizes be awarded. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to the release of his or her name and/or likeness for potential publicity purposes, where permitted by law. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
