GRAND PRIZE: There will be a total of one (1) prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. Grand Prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Winner, upon the Administrator’s confirmation of eligibility, will receive a 3day/2night trip for two (2) people to New York City (the “Location”) (“Prize” or “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize package includes:
(a) Two (2) roundtrip standard coach airfare tickets from a major commercial airport in the United States, near the Winner’s primary residence and the Location, as determined by Sponsor (Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if Winner resides within 150 miles of the Location);
(b) Standard (single) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in the Location (hotel to be determined by Sponsor; double occupancy; room and tax only);

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the total Grand Prize package is $3,448
