Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for two to the Banana Beach Resort, San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. (ARV $4,045) Prize will consist of: roundtrip coach air transportation for two individuals from the major gateway airport nearest to the applicable winner’s residence to either Cancun or Belize City, as determined by SPONSOR, roundtrip coach air transportation for two individuals from such destination to San Pedro via Maya Island Air, airport transfers, 4-nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy), daily breakfast at the hotel, various optional activities selected by SPONSOR. Prize details are subject to change, no substitutions allowed except, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, a Prize, including a cash payment, of equal or greater value may be substituted. All expenses not specifically identified in these Official Rules, including any upgrades, additions, modifications or changes to any portion of the Grand Prize, are not included and are solely the winners’ responsibility. Winner and his or her travel companion are responsible for transportation to and from the major North American gateway airport and his/her residence.

All travel arrangements must be made by SPONSOR’S agent and must be arranged at least thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of any Grand Prize travel. Exact travel dates and arrangements are subject to availability. All Grand Prize travel must take place and be completed on or before December 31, 2010. Grand Prize winner and his/her travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary. The travel companion of the Grand Prize winner must either be 18 years of age or older and must also sign a Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) before any ticketing or travel occurs, or if such travel companion of the Grand Prize winner is deemed a minor in his/her state/province or jurisdiction of residence, then the parent/legal guardian of such minor must sign any documents required herein and must accompany such minor on the Grand Prize trip. Travel changes will not be accepted after reservations have been booked. SPONSOR is not responsible if the Grand Prize winner does not use any portion of the Grand Prize. All Grand Prize travel and activities are subject to certain terms & conditions applicable thereto and The Grand Prize winner and companion(s) agree to comply with such applicable terms, rules and regulations. The Promotion Entities and their respective employees, contractors, directors and officers, shareholders, members, employees, agents, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development, promotion, evolvement and execution of this Promotion are not responsible if the Grand Prize, or any part thereof, cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to any acts of God, action(s), regulations(s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s), or request(s) prove to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond SPONSOR’S sole control, and shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions, or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. Winner and travel guest must travel on the same itinerary, and must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid passport) required for travel.
