Crisco Mediterranean Inspirations Recipe and Essay Contest

Submit a Mediterranean-inspired recipe that contains at least 2 tablespoons of Crisco Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Crisco Pure Olive Oil or Crisco Light Tasting Olive Oil and a minimum of 2 ingredients commonly used in Mediterranean-style cooking from the following list of items: tomatoes, garlic, olives, pasta, yogurt, legumes, fresh herbs, lentils, cheese; prepare an essay in 100 words or less describing how Crisco Olive Oil inspired your recipe and select the Olive Oil category you are entering and include a name for the recipe.
Grand Prize: (1 winner) Trip for Grand Prize Winner and a guest to Italy. Grand Prize consists of round-trip coach airfare between a U.S. gateway airport in the 50 United States nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence (selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and Italy, six nights’ hotel accommodations and tours designated by Sponsor. The ARV of Grand Prize is up to: $7,500. Actual value may vary depending on point of origin, time of travel and airfare fluctuations, but any difference between actual value and estimated ARV will not be awarded. All travel and accommodations are subject to change, availability, restrictions, and black-out dates. Sponsor, or it agents, will make all travel arrangements, including choice of airline and hotel accommodations. Winner must book trip through Centra Marketing & Communications by July 18, 2011 or trip may be forfeited. Trip must be taken no later than one year from receipt of signed Grand Prize Affidavit. Grand Prize Trip is subject to terms and conditions, availability and other material restrictions may apply. No refund or compensation will be made by Sponsor in the event of the cancellation or delay of any portion of the Grand Prize trip. All expenses and travel costs not expressly stated herein, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals and beverages, in-room charges (e.g., mini-bar, room service, telephone calls), souvenirs, incidentals, upgrades baggage fees, gratuities, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, fees, taxes, or any other expenses are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner will be required to provide a valid credit card upon arrival for all personal incidentals charged to the Grand Prize Winner’s hotel room. Grand Prize Winner and guest must possess required travel documents (e.g. a valid U.S. Passport) prior to travel. Sponsor and Travel Providers shall not be responsible or liable for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever by hotels or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services. Grand Prize Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Grand Prize Winner and guest may not make changes to trip itinerary once trip is booked. Grand Prize Trip may not be transferred, sold, traded, or rescheduled. Winner and guest must travel together and on the dates designated by Sponsor and comply with all security requirements or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. Winner may only bring a minor as a guest if winner is the minor’s parent or legal guardian. Guest of Grand Prize Winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian if guest is a minor) must complete and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to departure. All prizes will be awarded provided they are properly claimed in accordance with these Official Rules and a sufficient number of eligible Entries are received. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that any prize is unavailable.
