PRIZES. Subject to the terms of these Official Rules, once confirmed by Sponsor, the winner(s) will receive the following:
1.GRAND PRIZES: Five (5) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each Grand Prize will include: two (2) Cisco ūmi Telepresence systems; (ii) installation for the two (2) awarded Cisco ūmi Telepresence systems; (iii) a year (twelve (12) months) of service for the above two (2) Cisco ūmi Telepresence systems; (iv) $2,500 in Best Buy gift cards (subject to the terms and conditions of Best Buy gift cards); and (v) $2,000.00 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her tax liability (or a portion of his or her tax liability) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner’s prize tax liability be higher than the $2,000.00, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred from accepting the Grand Prize and this $2,000.00. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Grand Prize: $6,876.00. Total ARV of all Grand Prizes: $34,380.00.

2.FIRST PRIZES: Ten (10) First Prizes will be awarded. Each First Prize winner will include one (1) Flip MinoHD� 1 Hour video camera. ARV of each First Prize: $179.99. Total ARV of all First Prizes: $1,799.90.
