Charter Bracket Challenge

This Contest is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States (except FL, NY & RI), who reside in a Charter Communications serviceable area

There will be nine (9) winners selected during the term of Contest. The winners will be selected based on the scores earned by all of the eligible entries received during the Contest Term by a panel of judges chosen by Sponsor. If there is a tie for the award for any of these prizes, the Winner(s) will be determined based on the following criteria in this order:

 1. The most points earned in the Fifth Round.
 2. The most points earned in the Fourth Round.
 3. The most points earned in the Third Round.
 4. The most points earned in the Second Round.
 5. The most points earned in the First Round.

PRIZES:

 One (1) Grand Prize consisting solely of a Samsung 50” LED Smart HDTV will be awarded after the conclusion of the Tournament to the contestant with the overall highest score. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $1,000.00.

 Three (3) Second Prizes consisting solely of an Xbox and NBA Game will be awarded to the three (3) contestants with the next three highest scores. The ARV of each Second Prize is $250.00.

 Five (5) Third Prizes consisting solely of an Amazon Kindle Fire HD will be awarded to the five (5) contestants with the next five highest scores. The ARV of each Third Prizes is $200.00.

 The total value of all prizes is $2,750.00.
