HOW TO ENTER: During the Submission Period an eligible entrant must log on to either his/her Twitter Account or Instagram Account, upload a photograph showing his/her backyard that entrant wants to makeover (the “Photograph”) the hashtag#BushsBeautifulSummerContest and tag @BushsBeans (collectively, the “Entry”). Entrant must follow @BushsBeans during the Contest Period and for a period of thirty (30) days there after for prize notification purposes. Entrant must own the backyard space featured in his/her Entry and must have the permission and rights to makeover that backyard space.
There is a limit of two (2) Entries (one [1] for Twitter and one [1] for Instagram) per person during the Submission Period.
JUDGING PERIOD: During the Judging Period, the first two thousand five hundred (2,500) eligible Entries received, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, will be judged by qualified judges selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (“Judges”). The Judges will score each Entry according to the following weighted criteria: (i) “Originality” 30%; (ii) “Creativity”: 40%; and (iii) “Quality”: 30%. All of these factors determine the Entry’s overall “Judges’ Score”.
Prize (1): The prize is a bean-themed backyard makeover valued up to $65,000 and a check in the amount of $10,000 (“Prize”). The makeover will include bean-inspired elements, including a bean-shaped fire pit. All details of makeover will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must be able to have his/her backyard space worked on between July 31, 2021 and August 31, 2021 or Prize will be forfeited. The makeover will also be filmed and/or photographed by Sponsor, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. There will be one (1) Prize in the Contest. The ARV of the Prize is up to $75,000. Final value of Prize will vary based on conditions, including the size of the backyard and labor and materials necessary to complete the makeover.
