Weekly Prizes: Six (6) weekly prizes will be awarded, each of which consists solely of (each a “Weekly Prize”): two (2) Bottega del Vino “Chardonnay” stems. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Weekly Prize: $108.

Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize will be awarded for the winner and three (3) guests that consists solely of (“Grand Prize”): a 1-night/2-day stay (four (4) adults, standard accommodations in two (2) rooms) at Meadowood Resort in Napa Valley on Sponsor-selected dates on a Saturday and Sunday between January 15, 2010, and August 30, 2010, ground transportation between and entry into tasting events at the following locations in Napa Valley: Cakebread Cellars; Arietta; Ma(i)sonry; Spring Mountain Vineyards; and Charles Krug. No transportation between winner’s and guests’ residences and Napa Valley will be awarded and any transportation required is the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
