Bethenny’s Calling All My Girls Summer Tour Contest

Contestant must then submit the following:
• Personal Information: Contestant’s first name, last name, e-mail address, home phone number, mailing address, and date of birth (“Personal Information”);
• Contestant will also be required to check a box acknowledging that Contestant is at least 18 years of age and another box that Contestant has read and accepts this Contest’s Official Rules; and
• A photograph of Contestant for purposes of confirming identity and for publication in the event that Contestant wins the Grand Prize (publication at the sole discretion of Sponsor) (the “Photo”). Submission of the Photo will not affect whether or not Contestant will win the Grand Prize
• A written statement of no more than approximately three hundred (300) words describing why Contestant is Bethenny’s biggest fan (the “Statement”).

The winning Statements will be determined, at the sole discretion of the judging panel, based 33.3% on creativity, 33.3% on originality, and 33.3% on appropriateness to the theme of the Contest (i.e., why are you Bethenny’s biggest fan?).

PRIZE:

• Nine (9) “Grand Prize” winners will receive:
• Round trip economy class airfare for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest to the greater New York City area
• Hotel accommodations in the greater New York City area for two (2) nights for the Prizewinner and one (1) guest (one room, double occupancy)
• Two (2) tickets to a live taping of “Bethenny” on September 6, 2013
• The opportunity to attend a private “Bethenny” event while in the New York City area (winners under the age of twenty-one (21) will be prohibited from consuming alcohol)
• Two Hundred Dollars ($200) (cash or gift card, at Sponsor’s sole discretion)

TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”) OF EACH PRIZE: $2,500.00
